Refunds - Step 1

Hi Everyone,
I hope you're all safe and that COVID has not affected any of you or your family members. It's been a very long journey that as of now is indeed coming to an end. I can officially tell you that today the number of backers dropped by 50 since 50 people got their money back.
We are going through all the pledges and we will refund everyone. We have all the funds, we just needed a bit of time to transfer them from one company to another. We're still not there yet, so I decided to start the refund from my personal resources for now until I get the official bank card to refund everyone immediately.
I really apologize for this delay and I'd like to thank you again for your amazing support. I feel bad that we were not able to deliver, but I hope this gesture of refunding every penny will at least make everyone understand that we were, are and will never be the scammers on Kickstarter. We did not start this campaign to steal your money. Every penny you paid was spent in a project that me and everyone here believed in. Unfortunately things did not go as planned and while I'm not searching for excuses and I take full responsibility over it, I do believe good things will happen in the future. Call me delusional or however you want to call me, but I will never give up fighting.
Unfortunately as we process the refunds, less and less of you will be able to read the updates and answer, so in a way I feel like I'm losing my friends, so please take care of you and your family.
